Who you are buying from

Works on this website are sold by The Black Canoe Gallery & Cafe, Shop 1, 1-3 Botany Rd, Waterloo NSW 2017 (info@theblackcanoe.com.au, 0406 499 888).

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars. Shipping is arranged separately after purchase and confirmed with you before anything is sent.

Payment

Send us an enquiry from the artwork page and we will reply to arrange payment with you. A work is yours once payment is confirmed.

Availability

Each artwork is one of a kind. A work is yours once payment is confirmed; if two people try to buy the same work at the same time, the first confirmed payment wins and the other is not charged. While you are on the payment page the work is held for you for up to 30 minutes.

Descriptions and images

We describe each work as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on screens — if you would like more photos or details, contact us before buying.

Venue hire

Venue bookings are confirmed in writing by The Black Canoe and include a $500 refundable security bond and a minimum $100 catering spend (provided exclusively by The Black Canoe Gallery Café).

Images and copyright

Artwork images are shown with permission of the artists and remain their copyright. Please do not reproduce them without asking us.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
