What we collect

When you use a form on this website we keep the details you enter: your name, email, phone (if given) and your message. When you buy a work, our payment provider Stripe collects your payment details; we receive your name, email, phone, address and the item you bought, but never your full card number.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, arrange collection or shipping of your purchase, and — only if you sign up — send our mailing list.

Mailing list

You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing info@theblackcanoe.com.au.

Who sees it

Only The Black Canoe. Payment details are handled by Stripe. We do not sell your details.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by contacting info@theblackcanoe.com.au.

Cookies

This website uses one session cookie so forms and the cart work, and remembers in your browser if you have closed the mailing-list pop-up. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Where it is kept

Enquiries, orders and mailing-list details are stored on our secure website server and are only used by The Black Canoe.
